This time I will tell you about my favorite food. Damn! hunger began to act. Without a doubt, you could eat pasta all day, in all its forms, in all its flavors, accompanied with different proteins and other sauces, during the day or at night.
The truth is that it is a very transversal dish,
because it can increase its cooking difficulty, according to your personal
taste for the flavors and accompaniments, but in general it is very easy to do,
fast and cheap. To start, you only need the essentials of the history of food:
water and flour. I personally prefer the classic bolognese and as artisanal as
possible and without a doubt than with vegetables to achieve the right texture
and flavor.
I also like it very much because it is transversal
at the moment of serving it. It can be on a date, in a special dinner, you can
order it in a restaurant, as a "bajón" at dawn with your friends, or
on a common Tuesday.
It is advisable to eat pasta often, obviously
taking care of its content, do not eat for more than three days a week and
never stop eating legumes.
